  We recently eliminated our home phone line and had an upgrade done on our alarm system. I want to comment on how well Doug Brown handled the job & made it an easy transition for us. Our installer Dan (Adkins) was one of the most talented people I have had work in our home in recent years. He was careful, the equipment was mounted neatly & the job was left as clean as he found it. He also did a great job of explaining how to use the new features.

  Jodi did an awesome job at explaining all options that Alarm Engineering offers and what a selection! She made sure she was available for any additional questions and for the beginning of the installation. I apologize for not remembering the names of the men, but do remember one of them had a 4 month old German Shepard pup! They were both super in regards to the installation and instructions on how to operate the system.
  The system works great. I'm confident that if anything ever happened, they would be on it promptly. It's also nice talking to a real person who know you and the area
