  At this point, I'm pretty sure the receptionists, nurses, and doctors in this office are actually illiterate and cannot read. It's the only thing that would make sense.

  I just called for an appointment for Matitis with a fever... she offered one in 11 days. I said, “Thanks I’ll be dead by then.” Her response was to laugh, say, “Ok”, and hang up. What a joke, they should be embarrassed.
